MoCCA Fest 2015

Nick and I survived MoCCA Fest this weekend! Thank you to everyone who stopped by :)

I'm more sick and tired then I was Friday, but it was a good show.  Plus we invented exhibitors bingo, which helped a lot with Sunday.  I lost :p

Hourly Comic Day 2015

Hello internet!

It's been awhile.  My weak excuse as to why I haven't been particularly active on here is that I have a 9-5 now.  It's not the best excuse.

Anyway, here's my hourly comics from February 1st, a day of larping in the snow, waiting for Nathaniel's bus to get in, a lot of riding the subway, hanging with roommies, and a happy anniversary to my very sweet parents <3

Starting to Coloring Volk

Fooling around with colors for Volk.  Which is finally inked! 

But now the long process of coloring begins.

Some Volk Lazuli pencils

 First three pages penciled of Volk Lazuli, as of now the scripts at 16 pages, and about 9 of them are in various stages of being penciled.  This is the first story I've written since 2011, and it took a lot of banging my head against the wall to get this much out, but it's a lot of fun so far.  

I'll try to post updates on it as I go!

The comic will hopefully be gracing my half of the table at MoCCA in early April!

Post Expo Season

Expo season has come and gone! 

MICE was amazing! Great expo, people, former teachers, sales, attendance, B movies watched in the crowded hotel room.  I got to meet some Jesus Loves Lesbians, Too fans!! All A+ times.  And hanging out with my crew is always tops.

Locust Moon in Phili, not so great, but at least I hung out with Nick and we got ice cream, so that helped.  Plus the amazing Andrea Tsurumi took this great pic of me with my wares.  (Thanks Andrea!)

Next stop on the expo train is MoCCA in April! (Hopefully I'll have a camera by then.)

Pre-MICE hype 2013

Oh man, expo season is ON! And my rainbow flag came in the mail just in time :D

The Massachusetts Independent Comics Expo is this weekend in Cambridge, MA http://www.micexpo.org/ drop by and say hi! I'll have Jesus Loves Lesbians, Too volumes 1&2 and these rad pink underwear sporting dogs and a rainbow.
